Monthly Newsletter
Business Currents includes information regarding chamber activities, business news, mixer dates, business hot sheets (flyers from our businesses), a calendar of events each month and general items of interest.
Hot Sheets
This program allows you to reach your fellow chamber members with news of a special sale, event or product by providing us with 8.5” x 11” flyers. We will insert it into the newsletter and mail it for you for just twenty dollars. Deadline for receipt of your insert is the 23rd each month.
By Members For Members
This program encourages business between members. You decide on the service or product discount you wish to extend to fellow members. We produce a By Members For Members Discount Hotsheet and insert it in the Business Currents each month.
Business Displays and Referrals
Your business cards and/or flyers can be displayed in our office and we always refer our members when information is requested.
Website Listing
You will receive a free listing the Business Directory on our website with a link to your website.
Membership Directory (new in 2008)
Directory will be given to members of the community, business members and relocation package requests.
Presidents Circle Sponsorships and Event Sponsorships are available

Meeting of the Minds
This early morning meeting is held once a month at City Hall. It gives the business community the opportunity to speak with the City’s Department Heads regarding issues, both specific and general, that affect their businesses.
Training
Business courses (i.e. Customer Service, Basic Bookkeeping, Starting a Business, etc.) designed for you and your employees to help increase business and provide better service.
After Hours Mixers
On the third Wednesday of every month, one of our members host a mixer so you can network with the other businesses in the chamber. It gives everyone an opportunity to meet new people and visit with the old friends
Power Lunches
Meetings that provide the business owner with pertinent information regarding business, the business climate, new regulations and safety issues, political issues and candidates.
Government Representation
Members of the Board or staff represent business at City Council meetings, Planning Commission Meetings, The Highway 12 Committee, Public Safety and a number of County, State & Federal committees.
